Botox.... In your 20's?!

Post by Mama kaz on Thu May 02, 2013 2:22 am

Apparently getting 'filler' injections is becoming as common as getting a new hair do! Younger women all the time are having the procedure to 'prevent' wrinkles Shocked

I don't know, I would be awful worried that the side effects are going to become more apparent as the years go by, it's a fairly new procedure... Not heavily legislated yet, and to me it gives the face a plastic fake look...

Would or have you had injections?

Why on earth would someone who hasn't got any wrinkles want something to prevent them?

I think it's a shame to lose the natural expression in your face, all those lines give you character lol

I would worry about the long term effects of the fillers as well, after all look at the breast implant issue...who knows what may show up in years to come?

I do think that lines give character, but I can understand wanting to minimise the potential of getting them, not this way though... Too drastic, healthy eating, protect from the sun and a good moisturiser should be enough surely?
