Apparently the next bubble is energy.

Post by Guest on Sat Apr 20, 2013 9:24 pm

Pension funds insurance companies banks councils individuals etc have around five trillion quid invested in oil gas coal around the world.
The next bubble is called the carbon bubble and must be kept inflated at all costs but ... the carbon agreements signed up to so far are to hopefully cap average global temperature rise to 2 degrees C.
That means that thirty percent of known reserves and any more discovered have to stay in the ground unused.
The investors are just waking up to the fact that they are and have been investing in a dead end should the governments that are signed up stick to their agreements. So all agreements might have to be called off to save us from a financial disaster and instead face a possible ecological disaster ...

Apparently the U.K only has around twelve years coal left if we went back to mining it at the rate we were before Maggie.
The new oil finds in the North Sea amount to three years use by China.
Hence the wind farm madness that has taken over the u.k.
We have around four years gas left so we have nowt in reality and the countries that are signed up to the carbon agreements are those who have little or nothing in the way of carbon fuels.
